Living is for sure interesting, with so many things we wish
and aim to accomplish. From the start as Students; we aim to study and be
proven excellent, while working; we aim to be the best at what we do, as
entrepreneurs; we want to break new grounds and have that needed expansion. In
every facet of life we always have that which we aim to get done.

All this is of course good, highly encouraged, and very well
part of the reasons for our existence. But it is never as rosy as we want it to
be. There always arise the factors that make it seem impossible. I once read on
this and find it of importance to share.
There are four main factors which bring about the
non-accomplishment of our goals or dream. Yes it’s all present in every facet
of life, just more prevalent in some than in others. Be it academics, career,
and on. These factors are, the 4F’s; Fatigue, Frustration, Failure, and Fear.
Fatigue,
is defined as, extreme tiredness resulting from mental or physical exertion or
illness. Another definition, weakness in metal or other materials caused by
repeated variations of stress is fatigue. It is clear that fatigue in most
cases is occasioned by the bearer (affected) themselves. It is the lack of
attention to detect when to hold on then continue again that causes fatigue.
Mind you, this is a totally natural cause of discouragement. It is not in any
way targeted at a person by another. This is just one of what I would refer to
as simple principles of life.
The question is now, how do
you overcome this? It happens to be one of the simplest to overcome, simply
take a break off your task or goal. Yes, am not saying ‘abandon’, but take a
break. Get involved in another relaxing activity, it may be one of your
hobbies, or just something you find fun doing. This is the only remedy to this.
Remember it is only when you are in good health that you can perform optimally.
This is also given credence too medically.
So today, and now, make better plans to create time to
refresh, relax and rest.
Await the next…..
